Fly In

• All aircraft must arrive prior to 9:00 am on July 11-12, 2026 and schedule their departure time outside of the TFR restrictions.

• Contact Vantage Aviation prior to arrival at 218-727-2911 to provide arrival and departure information and to discuss any special requests.

• The Control Tower will provide specific parking instructions upon arrival.

• Vantage Aviation will greet all aircraft upon arrival and offer to provide fueling and other services.

• Any special aircraft departure instructions will be given to pilots on their day of departure.
