Since learning to fly over 20 years ago, Christine “CC” Gerner has logged over 12,000 hours of flight time in a variety of aircraft ranging from antique biplanes to
state of the art Transport Category Airliners.
Gerner flies her Extra 300L aircraft to the extremes of positive and negative “G” flight maneuvers, and using the motto "Set No Limits”, brings her air maneuvers to
life.
She has substantial aviation experience - from General Aviation and Corporate, to Commuter and Major Airlines. However, it was her early years as an athlete that
were instrumental in developing the focus and drive for which she is now known. Gerner began her Aerobatic training in a Super Decathlon at Mike Goulian’s School in
Bedford, Massachusetts, and in short order graduated to the unlimited class Extra 300L whereupon she continued her training in St. Augustine, Florida.
Now with years of airshow performances under her belt, CC has become a household name on the Airshow circuit and continues to amaze spectators with her athletic
approach to aerobatics. She is qualified for both solo and formation aerobatic routines at the surface level by the FAA.
